Privacy
policy.
Short version: we only collect what we need to work with you. No ads, no tracking, no third-party cookies. You can ask for everything to be deleted.
Who is responsible
Peak Time Agency (legal entity to complete), contact: hello@wearepeaktime.fr.
What we collect, and why
Diagnostic form
Name or artist name, email, Instagram, link to your set, style, where you play, number of gigs, what you already have, your goal, budget range, free message. Purpose: preparing your written diagnostic and replying to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
Client area
Email, password (stored hashed, we never see it), artist name, your offer and its terms, deliverables, documents and invoices, your comments, your calendar. Purpose: carrying out our contract. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Follow-up lists
To follow up with clubs, promoters, DJs and media on your behalf, we keep professional contact details of those organisations. They are visible only to Peak Time Agency administrators, never in client areas, exports or reports. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in professional outreach. Anyone listed can object at any time by writing to us.
Technical logs
To limit abuse (login attempts, form spam), we keep a hashed version of the connection identifier for 24 hours at most. No IP address is kept in clear.
How long
- Diagnostic requests: 12 months at most if no contract follows.
- Client account and data: for the length of the contract, then 3 years, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
- Invoices: 10 years, a legal accounting obligation.
- Session cookies: deleted on logout or when the session expires.
Who has access
Only Lucas and Reno. Our technical providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contract:
- Supabase: database, authentication, file storage, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- Website host to complete: serving the site.
- Resend: sending transactional emails (diagnostic confirmation, login link, new report available).
We never sell or rent any data.
Cookies
- Login (session cookies): needed to stay logged into the client area. Deleted on logout.
- Audience measurement (pt_v, pt_o): a random identifier and where your first visit came from (Instagram, Google, a link we sent you). Used only for our traffic statistics, shared with no one, kept 13 months at most. They are exempt from consent under French rules, but you can refuse them at any time: opt out of audience stats.
- Advertising (Meta and TikTok pixels): only if you click « Accept » in the banner. They measure our ads and show them to people who visited the site. Data is then sent to Meta Platforms Ireland and TikTok Technology Limited, which may process it outside the European Union under their own rules. Your choice is kept 6 months; change it with the « Cookies » link at the bottom of every page.
Audience measurement
We count page views, clicks on the main button, Instagram and WhatsApp, and where diagnostic requests come from. No IP address is stored. Measurement data is kept 13 months at most.
Messages in the client area
Messages exchanged with the team in your client area are kept as long as we work together, then deleted with your account on request. Only the recipient you choose (Reno, Lucas, or both) can read them.
Your activity in your client area
When you are logged in to your client area, we record when you visit, the pages you open and the time spent (only while the tab is on screen), and what you change. It tells us whether you have seen your reports and your onboarding form, so we can follow up. No extra cookie: your login is enough. Only the Peak Time team sees it. It is deleted after 6 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running your project. You can object by emailing us.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to hello@wearepeaktime.fr. We reply within one month. Deleting a client removes their account, their data and their files in a single operation.
If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
