No, never. You pay for a service, and your fees and rights stay entirely yours. We don't negotiate and we don't sign anything for you.
I don't have a pro image yet. Where do I start?
With Identity: logo, visual guidelines, bio and press kit. The first version comes within 10 days, the final one within 3 weeks. It's the base for everything else, socials, website or club outreach.
Can I take several offers?
Yes, and your client area adapts to what you've taken. The diagnostic tells you which one to start with, and why. The Launch bundles everything over 3 months.
Do you run my socials for me?
Yes, with Presence: we prepare, you approve, we post. Next month's calendar arrives before the 25th. Nothing goes live without your approval.
How long until my website is live?
It's live within 3 weeks of receiving your texts, photos and sets. One round of changes is included. The site and domain are in your name.
How do you get my release played?
We send your track one by one to the DJs, media and radio shows that play your style, without buying playlists. We start 4 weeks before release. The report, 4 weeks after, tells you who played it and who replied.
How do you find club gigs?
We write to the clubs and promoters who book your style, Tuesday to Thursday, and follow up twice. You see every message and every reply in your client area. First replies usually come 6 to 8 weeks after the first sends.
How much does it cost?
The exact price is set after the free diagnostic. It depends on what you already have and what you need, not on a price grid. You get it in writing before you commit.
What if it doesn't work?
On monthly offers, you stop at the end of the current month, no reason needed. You see the work every week in your client area. We don't promise numbers: nobody can.
Do I keep my accounts and files?
